Asset Homes to Develop 4 Senior-Living Projects in Kerala in Partnership with Columbia Pacific Communities as Service Partner

Senior-living operator Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific has partnered as Service Partner with one of the top-most trusted Kerala-based real estate developer Asset Homes to develop four senior-living communities across the state, supported by an investment of Rs 500 crore. This initiative is aligned with Kerala’s strong growth potential in senior living, driven by its large NRI population, higher life expectancy, strong health indicators and status as a retirement-friendly state.

As part of its broader expansion strategy, Serene Communities plans to launch at least 15 new projects within the next two years, targeting 10,000 homes under care by 2030.

The first project under this partnership, Serene Young @ Heart, was unveiled in Kochi. Fully RERA-approved and scheduled for completion by early 2028, the project reflects the partners’ shared vision of creating thoughtfully designed spaces for senior citizens.

Located in the heart of Kochi, Serene Young @ Heart features 211 residences, including 1, 1.5 and 2 BHK apartments, set across 1.69 lakh sq. ft of green and serene surroundings. The project incorporates an integrated care ecosystem that includes clinical oversight by KITES Senior Care and preventive wellness technology by Senior Shield. A collaboration with Rajagiri Hospital, a leading multi-specialty institution, ensures consistent medical access, continuous monitoring and 24/7 emergency support – reinforcing the commitment to safe, dignified and worry-free senior living.

The broader partnership between Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific and Asset Homes will deliver four senior-living projects across Kerala, with upcoming developments planned in Kottayam and Trivandrum, along with an ultra-luxury waterfront community in Kochi.
